Morning Links: What Do you Want for Christmas this Year Edition

November 23, 2007 by Lazy Man 8 Comments

For those of you who celebrate Thanksgiving, I hope you had a great turkey day. My family has a Thanksgiving tradition of making a Christmas list. This was always the hardest thing for me growing up. Everything that I wanted was just a little more expensive than what was deemed polite for the list. Now that I live 3,000 miles away from my immediate family, I’ve got a little more time to come up with my gift list. The problem is that once again, I don’t know what I want… with the exception of a Bill Belichick hoodie.

While I try to figure it out, here are a couple of articles on saving money on gifts:

What do I want for Christmas? The same thing I want every year…I want to control who lives and who dies.

Of course, I NEVER get my wish.

      Thanks for the links!

Thanks for the links. And thanks for visiting my blog. I can’t believe there are no CVS pharmacies by you. I thought they were in almost every zip code. Give ’em a few years…I bet they will be, LOL!

What kind of hoodie is that? Now we have to see it!

Starbucks gift cards are always a good way to go! At least for me.

      I WANT EVERYTHING!! :-)

I thought everyone would know what a Bill Belichick hoodie looks like. For those looking for examples here are some.

      I want …

      – A Colts victory over the Patriots
      – The coolness factor of Tony Dungy
      – People to recognize that a spending plan is FREEING and helps one to maximize their financial potential!
      – Others to join my crusade to help others accomplish more than they ever thought possible with their personal finances
      – My house to stop requiring me to repair it!!!

      Happy Thanksgiving!

Thanks for the link! You could always just cut the sleeves off a regular sweatshirt and voila! Bill Belichick hoodie.

Also, I hope Joseph doesn’t get his first wish :).
