@ Randy – the first time homebuyer’s credit is real – up to $8000. Here’s a link to a page that has some info. I took a quick look at the page, and it seems to have the basic facts correct.

I’m not familiar with the suburban or low income credits. My instinct says that these don’t exist, but I may be wrong.

Good collection. But I’ve heard there are additional tax credits for first time home buyers, one for buying in suburban areas, another for low income…

Any idea if these are real?
