In less than an hour the undefeated Patriots will take the field against the unbeating the Cowboys. Many have said it's the biggest game of the year and a potential Super Bowl preview. I can't understand why the game isn't on TV nationwide. So I need to go to the bar with DirecTV and sip a couple of beers slowly. While I'm their rooting for the Patriots catch these links:

Regarding olive oils and any other oils. They are still OILS and they are almost 100% fat, no matter how you put it. Its calorie density (or energy density),a measurement of the average calories per weight (gram or ounce), is whooping over 4,000 and that is a LOT. I used to be an Olive Oil Freak, I used to put an olive oil in everything but my tea. LOL.

A few years ago I read Pritikin books and Dr. Dean Ornish books and I now hardly use oils at all. So, read and test for yourself. In short, they recommend to eat no-fat, low calorie density food, rich in nutrients and vitamins, eat in small portions.

I personally feel much better by following those principles of eating. And Ornish recommends exclude Oils, all of them! So much for the health benefits of Olive Oils!
