I’ve noticed that McDonald’s is playing up it’s value menu offering. At least locally, they have radio commercials depicting a gentleman saving for a diamond ring and solving his problem by eating the value menu. I think at the end he even ditches the girl so that he can by even more double cheeseburgers, but I might just be projecting myself as the gentleman :-).
I had mentioned the McDonald’s value menu in the past. It is a good value, but remember it’s a “sometimes food”, not an “all the time food” as Morgan Spurlock showed in SuperSize Me.
