		<description>Sounds like a win-win situation.  She can happily go on her merry way, and you now have a 2 year long-term tenant.  Hopefully the new tenant will be as good, but it sounds like they have some big shoes to fill.  We&#039;re still trying to figure out of being a landlord is the next step we need to take in order to keep the amount we owe to Uncle Sam down (being DINKs).   At this point in our life though, the hassle outweighs the savings.</description>
