Post-Holiday Savings |

As I was doing the weekly grocery shopping, I happened across the candy aisle. There seems to be some decent savings to be had just 5 days after Halloween. I could have picked up some really good chocolates for 30-50% off, if I wasn't trying to be more healthy.
Anytime a holiday is over, is a great time to catch some great savings. After Christmas, you can get a great deal then. I picked up an artificial Christmas tree for some 80% off last year. However, the biggest Christmas gain was some silver and gold wrapping paper and boxes that were 90% off. I gathered just about every roll and box that I could, with more than a few weddings on the docket for the next year. I've already gone through a few rolls.
