While reading other bloggers lately, I’ve been feeling a little trapped in the world of BlogSpot. I guess I’ve always thought that it would be easy to transfer my content to my own domain when the time has come. We are in the world of Web 2.0 and have things such as RSS feeds right?
I hear it’s not that easy and the longer you wait, the harder the switch is. As it is, there must be about a billion of comments out there with my BlogSpot URL in it. So I’ve stepped up the pace, bought the URL, and secured the hosting. Now it seems like there’s just the hard part left: moving everything, changing the links, and all the other little customizations along the way.
