		<description>Since the carnival is just twice a month, I figured the 5 days to be fine.  Plus it means that carnival comes out on the 5th and 20th, which is easier to remember than say that 3rd and 18th of the month (with the cut-off on the 1st and the 15th).</description>

		<description>Very interesting that there is a delay between the submission deadline and the posting date.  An excellent idea although five days is a bit excessive.  When I host the big carnivals I set my own cutoff date (usually late afternoon of the final day) which seems to work out quite well.

Regardless, I&#039;d be interested in hosting the p2p carnival since I find the p2p arena quite interesting.
