We may try to hit that 12th ave grill tonight. I skipped Diamond Head as everyone else in my party was going at 6AM. It would have been the 4th straight day of seeing a state park, which is fine, but I just wanted to read my book a little and sit by the pool. It is on the bus route to Diamond Head. Energetic souls could walk to it (but it would be a long walk - less so if coming back from Diamond Head!). Kaimuki is another place with lots of restaurants; spoil yourself at 12th ave grill - top notch (but on the higher end of the scale).
